This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the website www.modacolombia.com or www.modacol.com.
1. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from our warehouse in Orlando, Florida.

Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on Friday, or during weekends and holidays, will be processed within a maximum of 2 business days.

Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email that includes the tracking number to track your package.
2. Shipping Options and Transit Times
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Note: Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx) and are not guaranteed by Moda Colombia.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time during checkout. The rates are based on:

The weight and dimensions of your order.

Your shipping address.

The shipping method selected.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Risk of Loss: As established in our Terms of Service, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the package is delivered to the carrier.

Delivered, but Not Received: If tracking indicates your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, you must contact the shipping company (USPS, FedEx, etc.) immediately to file a claim. We cannot replace items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

Lost in Transit: If the package does not arrive and the tracking is not updated after a reasonable time (generally 15 days), please contact us so we can help you initiate an investigation with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Addresses

Customer Responsibility: The responsibility for entering the correct shipping address lies with the customer. Please review your address carefully before completing the purchase.

Correction: If you discover an address error immediately after placing the order, contact us at info@modacol.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before it is shipped.

Reshipment: If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, payment of a reshipment fee will be required before the package can be sent again.
7. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping, and the price is subject to the weight and destination. You can contact one of our sales advisors for further assistance with your order and clarity on delivery times.

Duties and Taxes: Shipments outside the United States may be subject to duties, import taxes, and VAT charges that are imposed once the shipment reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the customer.

Responsibility: These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Moda Colombia. Please consult with your local customs office for rates.
